Early Sunday morning at 2:34 am we experienced an outage when a tie wire that holds a high voltage conductor on to an insulator broke. This caused the conductor to short out and trip open the circuit breaker in the substation. 237 customers were without power until 6:10 am when repairs were made and power restored. The area affected was the east / southeast section of town.
