At 6:37 a.m. on Friday, June 25, 2010, there was a power outage in the Hillcrest area. Additional areas affected included sections of Twombly Road, Lind Road, Lynnville, Bethel, Queens, Kings and Hemstock. A total of 536 customers were without power until 7:41 a.m. The cause of the outage was a failed piece of equipment.
