What are your normal hours of operation?

The Customer Service Department is open from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

How much is the deposit to start service?

If a deposit is required, it is $100.00 for electric service, $25.00 for water service and $50.00 for wastewater service.

How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill in person at the RMU Customer Service Department, payment can be put in the RMU drop box, by mail, via the RMU website or you may elect automatic transfer.

What should I do if my service has been disconnected due to delinquency?

If your utility service(s) are disconnected due to delinquency, you will be required to pay the entire past due amount and a reconnection fee of $50.00 for electric and/or $50.00 for water.  If the entire past due amount and the reconnections fee(s) are paid prior to 4:30 pm on the day of the disconnection, service will be restored the same day.  If the entire past due amount and the reconnection fee(s) are paid after 4:30 pm or on a day other than the original disconnection day, service(s) will be restored within 24 hours.
